LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is the perfect class if you’re looking to learn how to lift heavier weights and get stronger. Jump into individual sessions or commit to the whole program! In this class, we are working to trigger hypertrophy, helping you build stronger muscles through consistent strength training, so you can lift heavier and feel stronger every time you train.
Over the course of 12 progressive workouts, you’ll build strength step by step, learn proper technique, gain confidence and push your strength to the next level!
