A VARIETY OF OPTIONS

Team Training

Team Training allows the entire team to work on physical conditioning, skill development, and team dynamics. Athletes will focus on individual goals within the scope of enhancing overall team performance and meeting the fitness needs of the sport.

Position Specific

Position-specific training allows athletes to progress in their sport specific to their goals with all the goals that make them better all-around athletes focusing on strength and conditioning.

Private Athletic Training

Private Training allows athletes to have a fully individualized sports performance plan in place, and to work with a Trainer on being held accountable for detailed, personal goals. Private training gives athletes the opportunity to dial in on areas of their training necessary to help them excel in their sport.

ADULT LEAGUES

Adult League training encompasses all of the components and options of our youth offerings. Athletes are able to work with Trainers that understand the needs of adult athletes, improving their overall enjoyment of sport and giving their athletic performance a competitive edge.

PROGRAMS, CAMPS AND WORKSHOPS

Our small group personal training program in South Denver is designed with specific goals in mind. Some focus on body transformation, improving your golf game, sports specific programming, or getting ready for an event. Programs are paid in advance for a specific period of time and run from 4-12 weeks.

All ages, but our programs serve athletes at all levels. Coordination Camp: Ages 6-10 Rookie Training Camp: Ages 8-12 Athletes Bootcamp: Ages 10+ (for more
Coordination camp runs for 4 weeks, with sessions held twice per week. Rookie Training Camp runs for 4 weeks, with sessions held twice per week. Athletes Bootcamp runs for 8 weeks, with sessions held twice per week.
Coordination Camp: Developing basic motor skills, balance, and body control. Rookie Training Camp: Enhancing sports skills, agility, and strength in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes Bootcamp: Advanced training in speed, power, and endurance for elite performance.
All programs are open to members and guests. Coordination Camp: No prerequisites, open to beginners. Rookie Training Camp: Recommended for those who have completed Coordination Camp or have some basic athletic skills. Athletes Bootcamp: Participants should have completed Rookie Training Camp or demonstrate equivalent athletic ability.
All sessions are supervised by experienced trainers. We prioritize safe training practices, proper technique, and injury prevention. Our facility is ready to respond to any emergency. Parents are welcome to observe sessions from outside the training studios.
