HIT FIT SCHEDULE

HIT FIT is a high intensity interval training workout that consists of basic boxing and kickboxing strikes, combined with cardio or strength exercises, heart-pumping music and coach-led motivation to keep you working from start to finish. Club Greenwood is proud to offer the Lone Tree, Centennial, Denver, Castle Rock, Cherry Hills, and Greenwood Village areas with small group personal training sessions to get members up and moving effectively and efficiently.
