Our small group personal training program in South Denver is designed with specific goals in mind. Some focus on body transformation, improving your golf game, sports specific programming, or getting ready for an event. Programs are paid in advance for a specific period of time.

Cooridnation Camp

Coordination Camp is designed for young/pre-athletes focusing on the fundamental movements that build coordination, balance and body control. Over four weeks, participants will engage in fun, interactive exercises that develop essential motor skills, laying the groundwork for future sports success.

Rookie Camp

Rookie Training Camp is a step up from Coordination Camp, tailored for new athletes ready to refine their sports skills. This camp introduces more complex drills and exercises to improve speed, agility and sport-specific techniques, bridging the gap between basic coordination and advanced athletic training.

Athletes Boot Camp

This comprehensive program will focus on enhancing speed, agility, quickness, coordination and powerlifting strength through meticulously crafted workouts. Athlete’s Boot Camp utilizes a phased approach, integrating various equipment to target specific fitness components. Trackable metrics will be in place to monitor progress throughout camp.
