Empower Yourself: Self-Defense Workshop

Martial arts instructor, Marek Chromik, will teach students the basic principles of self-defense. Learn the principles such as evading, blocking and escapes, as well as how to disarm an attacker if necessary. Being mindful of repercussions and emotions that may arise post attack will also be addressed.
