Olympic Lifting 101

Join an introductory class to learn or improve your Olympic lifts. These lifts combine a full-body workout while improving power, strength, coordination and range of motion. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will focus on one lift per class to dive into functionality and form. We will cover squat, deadlift, clean and snatch. Modifications will be provided if necessary.
