Learn and improve your barbell movements! We will cover different lifts plus accessory movements to help maximize your strength and performance in this full-body weightlifting program. We will progress barbell lifts including squat, deadlift, bench, cleans, overhead movements and rows. Recommended for beginner to intermediate level weightlifters with no current limitations.
