This 8-week program will incorporate weekly group workouts that will focus on full-body movements for overall toning, core, strength training, and cardio for weight loss. Even if you have various injuries, this program will help you to try to reduce the aches and pains.
Included in this program are homework workouts, as well as the 5 pillars to help your overall well-being. The 5 pillars that will be emphasized are: Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise, Stress Management, and Body-Spirit Connection. You will receive information on each of these areas to help you grow in any of these disciplines.
