The Parisi Total Performance Program is built on the latest research in safe athlete training and injury prevention. Using our signature speed and strength methods and advanced coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches, this program delivers maximum athletic performance improvements. Each session targets a specific area: linear speed, acceleration/deceleration, multi-directional speed, or strength. It builds on an athlete’s physical foundation, refining their skills to enhance strength, aerobic capacity, and sport-specific training. Athletes also learn injury prevention techniques through warm-ups, exercises, and conditioning.
