Our popular Yoga Foundations series, designed specifically for those new to the practice of yoga or returning after some time away, is back in a unique way. Starting May 18, Chris Loving-Campos will offer step by step instructions, guided meditations, exercises and interactive support to help you discover how to integrate yoga into everyday life.

Beginning Monday, May 18th, content will be available for Week 1. This is a “work at your own pace” course. Once you register, you will receive a welcome email from Chris with Google Classroom log in instructions and details for next steps.

Grow Your Practice at Home

This series will be available to you from the convenience of home using Google Classroom. With this platform, using your desktop, tablet or phone, you will have the flexibility to watch and review content on your own time, as well as interacting with Chris to answer your questions as you go.

Each week, students will be given a series of videos to watch, followed by a 30-60 minute yoga class to apply what you learned.

You’ll need a few simple props to help deepen your experience: a yoga mat, two yoga blocks or stack of sturdy books, a strap or belt and a large towel or blanket.


  • Learn the fundamentals of basic anatomy and what’s best for your body in forward bends, backbends, twists and side bends
  • Experience the best ways to modify your poses
  • Practice breathing techniques for movement and relaxation
  • Learn how to use yoga props effectively
  • Leave feeling better educated about the styles of yoga offered at Club Greenwood
