Our popular Yoga Foundations series, designed specifically for those new to the practice of yoga or returning after some time away, is back in a unique way. Starting May 18, Chris Loving-Campos will offer step by step instructions, guided meditations, exercises and interactive support to help you discover how to integrate yoga into everyday life.
Beginning Monday, May 18th, content will be available for Week 1. This is a “work at your own pace” course. Once you register, you will receive a welcome email from Chris with Google Classroom log in instructions and details for next steps.
