Member Safety Protocols

Pools

I agree to abide by the following protocol to utilize the pools at Club Greenwood:

Hours of Operation
Monday-Sunday | 7:30am-7:30pm

Outdoor Lap Pool
Available for group lap training

Indoor Lap Pool
Available for lessons only

Adult Pool
Available for lessons and water fitness classes

Splash Pool
Available for lessons only

Group Lap Training/Lessons/Water Fitness

  • Members must reserve group lap training ONLINE no more than seven days in advance. Drop-ins will not be allowed
  • 30-minute sessions available. A maximum of two sessions allowed per member per day
  • Lessons must be booked through Crystal – crystalg@clubgreenwood.com
  • Water Fitness classes are available via reservation only on the Club Greenwood App. Maximum of five participants
  • Out of respect for your fellow members, please unenroll if you are not able to attend
  • Please place all personal items on the pool deck at least 6’ away from other swimmers and their belongings
  • Members must bring their own towel, water bottle, and pool equipment
  • Don’t forget sunscreen
  • Restrooms are available. No showers available at this time
  • A Coach/instructor will be on deck at all times for group lap training
  • The pools may close due to lightning strikes or inclement weather

Check-in Procedures

  • Please do not arrive more than ten minutes prior to your reservation
  • Check-in will be conducted behind the main club, on the north-west corner, adjacent to Westlands Park
  • Face masks are REQUIRED during check-in and in all common areas. Once you arrive at your perspective pool/lane, please allow for 6’ physical distancing, and you may remove your mask
  • All members will be screened, including a temperature check (non‐contact infrared thermometer), facilitated by an approved Club Greenwood employee
  • Any member with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will not be allowed to enter and must leave immediately
  • While we have missed you tremendously, due to physical distancing guidelines, you will be required to exit the premises as soon as your class/session is complete

Group Lap Training Protocol

  • If swimmer is in the lane, start on the opposite side
  • Notify the swimmer in the pool that you are entering the lane
  • First swimmer starts/rests on the north side (splash pool) of the lane. Second swimmer starts/rests on the south side (pump room) of the lane
  • Total nine swimmers in pool
  • Lanes 1, 2 and 6 – one swimmer/lane
  • Lanes 3, 4, and 5 – two swimmers/lane (swim on one side of the lane only)

Outdoor Fitness

I agree to abide by the following protocols to participate in outdoor fitness activities at Club Greenwood:

 

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING AND PILATES

  • Members will reserve classes ONLINE. No drop-ins. Reserve your spot on your Club Greenwood app
  • Personal Training and small group training must be booked with a trainer or through Vivian – viviang@clubgreenwood.com
  • Pilates classes/sessions must be booked with an instructor or through Kim – kimm@clubgreenwood.com
  • Members must bring their own water, mat and towel
  • Don’t forget the sunscreen and hats are recommended
  • Please do not arrive more than ten minutes prior to your class/session
  • Check-in will be conducted in the Youth Activity Club which is the door on the northeast corner of the main club
  • Face masks are REQUIRED during check-in and in all common areas. Once you arrive at your class/session location in the parking lot, please allow for 6’ physical distancing and you may remove your mask
  • All members will be screened, including a temperature check (non‐contact infrared thermometer) facilitated by an approved Club Greenwood employee
  • Any member with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher must leave immediately

Outdoor Tennis Courts

I agree to abide by the following protocols to participate in outdoor tennis at Club Greenwood:

 

COURTS AND PLAY

  • Members must reserve courts ONLINE. Drop-in play will not be allowed
  • Reservations may be made at 8:00am, no more than six days in advance
  • The 24-hour cancellation policy is still in effect. Cancellations must be made online as phone services will not be operating outside
  • All players must be named and included on the reservation at the time of booking
  • A minimum of two names will be required for singles and four names for doubles
  • Singles play will be limited to 60 minutes, and 90 minutes for doubles. Time limits are based on providing fair opportunities for all members
  • Tennis balls must be marked in a way to distinguish the difference between players (color, name, other). Players should not touch the tennis balls belonging to another player other than with their tennis racquet. New cans of tennis balls will be made available for purchase
  • Please place all personal items on the court at least 6’ away from other players and their belongings
  • If you are changing ends during play, please do so on opposite ends of the net
  • Members must bring their own water bottle and towel. Courtside water jugs will not be available
  • Don’t forget the sunscreen! Hats are recommended
  • If you hit a ball over the fence, please go to the check-in table. We will replace that ball with a new one
  • While we have missed you tremendously, due to physical distancing guidelines, you will be required to exit the premises as soon as your court time is complete
