Alexis completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning by Hope Petrine and finds that it is the perfect complement to her love for health and fitness. The Pilates Method provides a mind-body approach to fitness that restores balance to the body for everyday living. She has seen personally and professionally that regular practice increases flexibility, stability and strength. She enjoys working with all body types and finds it exciting to help others discover how amazing the human body is!
Born and raised in Colorado, Alexis graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Graphic Design. She continues doing design work when she is not teaching Pilates. Outside of work you will find Alexis spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her intention has always been to help people lead healthier lives and feels that sharing her passion for Pilates is a great way to start!
