Chris completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in December of 2017 and began teaching in January of 2018. He’s also certified in Yin Yoga and is a Vedic Meditator. Always approachable, Chris loves the energy of guiding class and bringing people together through community and love of yoga. When not on the mat, you can find Chris in the mountains exploring, snowboarding, kayaking, camping, backpacking, painting, making malas and adventuring with his wife and daughter.
