Gianna is a Peak Pilates Comprehensively certified instructor. She was one of the first Les Mills trainers in the US and has taught indoor cycling and many other group fitness classes. It was a broken back injury that introduced her to the Pilates Method in 2001.Due to her regular Pilates practice she has no pain from the injury and attributes her healthy back and body to Pilates! She spent the last few years diving into the study of Thomas Myers’ Anatomy Trains using the 12 myofascial meridian lines as a body map for movement. It is her passion to share the Pilates Method to help her clients stretch what’s tight, strengthen what’s weak and improve dynamic balance.
Gianna grew up in Omaha, Nebraska; has three grown kids; and enjoys walking, hiking, biking, indoor rock-climbing and pickleball!
