“Pilates is very important to me in that it has reshaped my body and helped me through knee and hip injuries. My increased core strength has given me confidence to try new activities and push to do more. Working out on the reformer is exactly what my body needs when I am sore and stressed out. My joy as an instructor is seeing my clients get strong and healthy.”
Rhonda has always been an athlete and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, swimming, running, triathlons, snowshoeing and skiing.
