Courts and Play

  • Members will be allowed to reserve courts six days in advance with the 24-hour cancellation policy remaining in effect
  • Members will be allowed to be a part of ONE court reservation per day. This provides for an equitable distribution of court time for more members to participate. Additional time can be requested once the member has completed their earlier court reservation provided there are open courts available
  • A minimum of two names on singles courts and four names on doubles courts will be required on every reservation
  • All reservations methods will be open for members to book their courts beginning at 8:00am. This applies to both morning and evening reservation times. We will no longer utilize the 7:00am booking time
  • While a member’s reservation will appear as only one hour on the court sheets, they will actually be allowed 1 hour and 20 minutes with a built in 10-minute buffer period to provide for a smooth transition and cleaning period prior to exiting the court and facilities. Outdoor courts will be managed as they have been
  • Disinfecting between court reservations will be responsibility of desk staff, manager and tennis pros
  • Players are asked to arrive at the Tennis Club no more than 10 minutes prior to their reservation. Arrivals will enter through the main entrance
  • Players who have completed their reservation time will be asked to exit through the designated exit
  • Players to remain on their side of the court and avoid changing sides
  • Serving – Each player must bring a new can of tennis balls. The balls must be marked in a way to distinguish the difference between players (color, name, other). Players should not touch the tennis balls belonging to another player other than with their tennis racquet
