Initial 60-Minute Session

  • Full mobility and strength assessment

  • Baseline testing for ankle and Achilles function

  • Corrective exercise program tailored for your needs (3 weeks)

Second 60-Minute Session
(Week 4)

  • Re-assessment of progress

  • Adjustments and progression into new strength/mobility program (3 weeks)

Third 60-Minute Session
(Week 8)

  • Final assessment of progress

  • Personalized recommendations for continued training or integration into ongoing programs
