Cycling with Stages Flight

When you cycle with Stages Flight, you roll over hills, climb mountains and sprint your way to cardiovascular fitness. If your goal is cross-training, maintaining endurance, losing weight or increasing your overall health and fitness level, our indoor cycling classes are for you!

Rhythm Ride

If you’re looking for a fun cycling class that’s all about the music, try Rhythm Ride! High energy, a little choreography and a lot of fun. While it’s not a Stages cycling class, you will climb hills, sprint, increase your endurance and definitely get your cardio on!

FAQ

Yes, we ask members to register ahead of time for all group fitness classes.
That depends on fitness level and comfort with the saddle. Please arrive early so the instructor can get you set up. Leave when you’ve had enough the first time!
If you are new: 10 minutes. If not: five minutes.
Cycling shoes are not necessary in the beginning. If you find you like cycling, ccycling shoes have stiffer soles than cushy athletic shoes, making them better able to move power from your legs to your bike, which saves you effort and fatigue.
Yes! Just arrive 10 minutes early and the instructor will assist you.

Cycling Etiquette

 

  • It is recommended that you wear stiff-soled shoes if using the baskets on the pedals, or cycling shoes that clip in (you will need an SPD cleat.) Do not wear your cycling shoes outside the studio.
  • Members may save ONE bike and must be on that bike when the instructor begins class. At this time, the instructor will remove all personal items from any “saved” bike.
  • Keep conversations to a minimum.
  • Clean your bike after use with provided X-wipes.
  • It is recommended that first-time class participants arrive 10 minutes early to receive proper bike set up instruction.
  • Arrive on time to get the best experience possible, as the warm-up will be devoted to determining your training zones for the class.
