Macronutrient Programming for Weight Loss or General Health:

Individualized program that meets the requirements of your lifestyle and your goals by using grams of carbohydrates, protein and fat for your nutrition plan. You will receive a full individualized nutrition plan including foods and portion sizes for each at each meal.

Sport and Fitness Nutrition Programming

If you have a specific health goal that includes your sport or fitness level, you will receive a macronutrient plan including foods and portions for each meal, in addition to any sports nutrition that you may need.

Clinical Nutrition including Heart Disease and Diabetes

Learn the right healthy foods to incorporate into your diet, foods to limit and foods to swap based on your medical history and medications you take.

Youth Sport Nutrition Programming

Wondering if your child is eating the right foods and the right amount to meet the demands of their sport?

Controlling Inflammation

Our diet can affect how much inflammation we have in our joints and how much fluid we hold on to. Learn what foods to swap that can help decrease inflammation.

Lab Interpretation

Go over your blood test result and receive professional advise on what steps to take next, what type of doctor to see and possible answers to abnormal values. No diagnosis will be made but direction and support will be given from a professional perspective.
