Michelle loves helping people improve their overall health and fitness and athletes wanting to take their performance to the next level. As a triathlon coach of nine years, she has helped athletes achieve their goals and stay healthy. “Do something today that you will be proud of tomorrow…..consistency is the key!” Michelle grew up as a competitive swimmer and transitioned into triathlon 15 years ago. She has qualified for World Championships in all distances of triathlon including Xterra.
Michelle Yost has been coaching endurance athletes including swimmers, runners and cyclists for the past nine years and has been a triathlete for 15 years. She has competed in the Ironman World Championship in Kona three times and has qualified in World Championships in all other triathlon distances including Xterra. Michelle is always looking for different events to challenge herself like running the Grand Canyon Rim to Rimto Rim, swimming the Maui Channel and cycling in the French Alps. Michelle is passionate about helping people reach their goals whether its participating in a local sprint triathlon, running a marathon or qualifying for Kona.

Small Group Personal Training Cancellation Policy
All Small Group Personal Training sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire one year after the date of purchase. Multi-session packs expire earlier than one year.
Cancellations: Small Group Personal Training cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notification prior to the scheduled appointment. The full posted price of the session will be charged for late cancellations.
