Group Personal Training classes provide members with the motivation and energy of a group setting with the specialized guidance of a personal trainer.
Our small group personal training program in South Denver is designed with specific goals in mind. Some focus on body transformation, improving your golf game, sports specific programming, or getting ready for an event. Programs are paid in advance for a specific period of time and run from 4-12 weeks.
I signed up for the Fitness Challenge and I dropped 10 more pounds during the challenge. I won the award for the greatest improvement in bench-press. This was my first time to win anything athletically! I expanded my community and met many new, like-minded people. Connecting with younger people also inspires me. Participating also took away the stigma of age, pre-existing conditions, and fear.
