COVID-19 and Camp Information for Parents and Families
Dear Camp Greenwood Families:
Camp Greenwood is open beginning on Monday, June 8! We are looking forward to an exciting summer with your kiddos while following all CDPHE guidelines and protocols.
Camp Greenwood considers the health and safety of our campers, families and staff to be our top priority. In addition to our rigorous safety procedures and staff training protocols, we are following the latest guidelines on health and safety, cleaning and preparedness from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local departments of health, in addition to specific guidance from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, American Camp Association and the Association of Camp Nursing. As information is quickly changing, we are regularly reviewing and updating our policies to ensure that we stay current with the CDC/local recommendations to keep all staff, campers and their families safe.
You may view the protocols put in place by the CDPHE here: https://covid19.colorado.gov/safer-at-home/childrens-day-camps-youth-sports-camps
While we understand that this year may feel uncertain, the Camp Greenwood community is here to support you every step of the way. We can’t wait to spend a safe, healthy, exciting and fun summer with our campers!
In Health and Happiness,
