Mobility in Motion is a small group personal training program designed to help active adults move better, build strength, and reduce stiffness. Each session blends guided mobility, muscle activation, and controlled strength work to improve joint stability, core support, and posture. This is progressive movement training to keep you active, confident, and resilient.
