In this 45-minute workout, you’ll ride to the rhythm of motivating music, syncing your pedal strokes with the beats to boost your endurance, strength and cardio fitness. From intense climbs and sprint intervals to our five-minute upper body weight section, each segment is designed to challenge your body while keeping you motivated with the power of the music.
