Celebrate spring of 2025 with a mini yoga marathon, blending breath, movement and relaxation. We’ll move at a steady pace, focusing on mindfulness, intention and breath throughout.
The practice will guide you through 20 rounds of continuous salutations, followed by 5 calming Yin postures to close. Breathwork will bookend the practice, helping to balance the nervous system and deepen the flow.
