The Coordination Camp is designed for young/pre-athletes, focusing on the fundamental movements that build coordination, balance, and body control. Over four weeks, participants will engage in fun, interactive exercises that develop essential motor skills, laying the groundwork for future sports success.

• Basic agility drills
• Balance exercises
• Hand-eye coordination games
• Introductory bodyweight exercises
