Weekly Coordination Sports Camp

Great for pre-sport athletes, or anyone new to sports.

Coordination Camp is designed for young/pre-athletes focusing on the fundamental movements that build coordination, balance and body control. Over four weeks, participants will engage in fun, interactive exercises that develop essential motor skills, laying the groundwork for future sports success.
