Miles’ passion for fitness started with understanding human movement and optimizing functionality and performance. In college, he competed in track and field in the 400m sprint as well as the 4x400m relay. Miles has many years of experience in basketball, football and tennis, and enjoys coaching clients to their peak potential. He takes pride in delivering an efficient and creative product to help his clients reach their goals and to meet the demands of everyday life.
