Deepen Your Yoga Practice: Part I

PHILOSOPHY | PRANAYAMA | MEDITATION

This 7-week program will provide a foundational understanding of the philosophy of yoga. Students will study the Yoga Sutras as well as learn and practice different styles of meditation and basic breath work (pranayama) techniques. The principles of Ayurveda, or yoga’s “sister science,” will also be introduced, plus how to apply them to your life and practice. 21 Yoga Alliance CECs available.
This program is included in Yoga Teacher Training.
