PHILOSOPHY | PRANAYAMA | MEDITATION
This 7-week program will further study the philosophy of yoga. Students will read the ancient texts, such as the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, practice and focus on one specific type of meditation, plus practice advanced pranayama techniques. Students will learn how to teach meditation and breathing practices catered to the individual, plus explore the subtle energies and how they can be experienced and taught in yoga poses.
Deepen Your Practice, Part One is a pre-requisite. 21 Yoga Alliance CEU’s available.
