This interactive workshop will explore ways to utilize mindfulness and self-compassion as tools for finding higher ground and inner peace. Participants will receive their own self-compassion journal and discuss everyday stressors, personal default habits and what tools you can employ to create new, positive habits. This workshop will conclude a guided Yoga Nidra practice centered on self-compassion.
