Gratitude Challenge

Join us for a week-long Gratitude Challenge designed to help you slow down, tune in, and bring more awareness and appreciation into your daily life. February 22 through March 1, participants will receive a daily message, thought, or reflection, along with a simple, actionable step to support the practice of gratitude.

All communication will take place through a dedicated WhatsApp group run by Ariella, creating a supportive, uplifting space to stay connected and inspired. To participate, members must opt in to receive text-based messages.

Prompts may include journaling, breath work, mindful moments, or other gentle activities that deepen self-awareness and help shift perspective, all approachable, flexible, and easy to fit into everyday life. We’ll close the experience on March 1 at 6:00pm by coming together in person for a special yoga practice featuring breath work and sound healing, offering space to reflect, reset, and celebrate the journey we’ve shared.
