Move, Manifest, Meditate
with Christy Marshall
3:00-4:15pm | Jade

Take time for yourself to intentionally welcome the holiday season. Class will begin with a 45-minute mat-based workout followed by a grounding themed meditation to prepare and welcome a calm and nourishing holiday season. A worksheet will be provided to guide you through your vision and help brainstorm. This is a great workshop to fill your cup and start the winter season rested and inspired.

Power Flow and Glow
with Julia Otterstrom and Kian McGraw

Practice yoga in the dark! This 75-minute fun and energetic class will challenge your sense of balance as you practice under black lights with glowsticks and upbeat tunes by DJ Kian McGraw.

Pedal to Zen

Activate your muscles by warming up with a vinyasa flow yoga series, then a Stages Power Ride. Class will end with a gentle cool down consisting of traditional yoga poses to improve your mindset, alignment, range of motion and ultimately your power on the bike.

Yoga Flow and Trigger Point Therapy – Upper Body
with Brooke Ricciardi
11:15am-12:30pm | Studio 2

Relieve tension in the body by combining traditional vinyasa flow with trigger point therapy work. Begin with 30 minutes of yoga to open the upper body and end with 45 minutes of rolling out knots in the same areas. Focusing on these trigger points can help prevent injury, reduce stress and increase range of motion.

Yoga Flow and Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT)
with Danielle Wahl
10:00-11:15am | Opal

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and yoga instructor, Danielle Wahl, will guide you through the healing practice of EFT tapping while incorporating its benefits into a softening yoga flow. EFT tapping focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body’s energy and has been shown to be useful to treat anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia and help process through trauma. Gentle movement through yoga flow will help release the emotions that arise from EFT tapping.

Restorative Yoga and Lymph Drainage Therapy
with Lena Ferretta

Registered Nurse and yoga instructor Lena Ferretta will introduce students to how the lymphatic system works, why it is vital for our health and what we can do to assist this system both on and off the yoga mat. This workshop will begin with a brief lecture of the lymphatics, followed by gentle self-massage techniques, and finish with a gentle practice to support the whole system. A great way to bolster your immune system as we are moving into the cold and flu season!

Gong Bath/Sound Healing Journey
with Phyllis Harvey
4:00-5:15pm | Jade

Certified sound healer and guest instructor Phyllis Harvey will host this nourishing 1-hour class that will promote deep relaxation and create a sense of peace and calm. You will experience a sound bath that will include many different instruments including crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and a 32” flower of life gong. The subtle vibrations and sounds will help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our “rest and digest” mode. Come find tranquility in this healing and restorative class.
