Boxers are considered some of the fittest athletes in professional sports. Train like a boxer to increase your cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your muscles and increase your flexibility. Start your morning off with this high-intensity class to burn more calories all day long!

Proper boxing techniques will be taught for your safety.
