Improve joint mobility, flexibility and functional movement to help you move freely and pain-free — both in the gym and in daily life. You’ll work through dynamic stretches, stability drills and controlled strength movements designed to increase range of motion and reduce stiffness.
What to Expect:
Active mobility and dynamic flexibility training. Focus on hips, shoulders, spine and posture. Breathwork and core integration for stability. Recovery-based approach to enhance performance and prevent injury.
