Moving for Better Balance

This fall prevention class is a progressively designed low-impact class that will improve balance, posture, muscle strength and flexibility to allow better function in daily activities. Based on select forms of Yang-style Tai Chi, it also incorporates other balance exercises and specific skills to prevent falls. Gain confidence, increase self-esteem and get strong in a fun group setting! Chairs and other props available. Caretakers welcome.
