Parisi Training Lab – Teens

Designed for ages 13–18 who want to build confidence in the gym and develop a strong foundation in fitness. This program blends boxing, strength training and functional movement within a supportive and structured environment.

Ideal for beginners and non-athletes, participants learn proper lifting techniques, exercise variations and how to train safely and effectively. Each session is thoughtfully designed to improve strength, coordination, balance and overall fitness while fostering confidence and consistency.

Boxing is incorporated as a dynamic and engaging element, enhancing coordination, agility and endurance while keeping each workout fresh and motivating.
