Clinics and Open Plays

All of our clinics are currently offered on a weekly basis, you may register online or via the Club Greenwood App seven days out. Class sizes are limited with a minimum of 3 students required to hold the class. Registering in advance ensures all participants have a great experience. Learn to play clinics will cover the basics, strokes, strategies and scoring. We’ll have you playing and joining the fun in no time.

The clinic will proceed as scheduled if the forecasted temperature is 40 degrees or above.

Strategic Dinking Techniques

Level 3.0+ / Intermediate
Monday and Wednesday
11:30am-1:00pm

Once everyone is at the kitchen, stronger players will begin dinking to create an advantage. This clinic will show you how to create and maintain stress on your opponents and have the consistency and confidence to take advantage.

10:30am-1:30pm

Open Play is set times every week where players come out and meet new players, play competitive matches and have fun. Registration is suggested. Paddles and balls are provided at the Service Desk.

A standout junior athlete across multiple sports, Mario received a college scholarship for basketball at Lake Superior State University before going on to play in the premier league in Canada for Ontario. After a career managing a Honda/Accura dealership in Ontario, Mario moved to the U.S. and formed the Boschi Group and The Boschi Pickleball Group, a coaching, training and consulting business. For the past three years, Mario was Head Pickleball Professional at Lake Catamount Resort in Steamboat Springs as well as a pickleball instructor at various clubs around Denver. In 2022, Mario made his debut in the National Pickleball League (NPL) and has gone on to co-own and play for the Denver Iconics. As a coach, professional, trainer and team owner, Mario’s passion for pickleball will be a tremendous benefit for Club Greenwood as he leads our Pickleball program.

Linda is a USPTA certified Tennis and PPR certified Pickleball Professional. She has been a Tennis Coach at Club Greenwood since 2009 and at Valor Christian High School for both the Boy’s and Girl’s teams for fourteen years. Linda got in to teaching Pickleball a couple years ago and has loved it ever since. She teaches players of all ages and abilities in both sports.

Eileen is a PPR Certified Pickleball Professional. She has been teaching Pickleball for about a year, loves to play and has competed in Pickleball, Tennis and Golf. In her free time she provides accounting services for small businesses.

Molly Carter
Tennis and Pickleball Professional
Molly has an extensive Tennis career that spans over 20 years. She got her start as a junior in Camarillo, California achieving a top 50 national ranking. From there, she played D-1 Tennis at the University of Pacific where she was captain of her team her senior year. As an adult, Molly is a Women’s 35 Indoor National Champion and Runner-up at the Women’s 35’s World Championships. More recently, Molly has also excelled in Pickleball, winning Gold Medals at the 5.0 level at the LA Open, Mile High Open and California Open. This is Molly’s second stint at Greenwood, and we’re happy to have her back!
