Tyra Puteri is a Balanced Body Pilates instructor, Bootybarre instructor, and ACSM certified personal trainer. She began practicing Pilates while working at a gym personal training and fell in love. Tyra discovered that mindful movement and core strengthening changed her body and the way she carried herself in everyday life. She is a passionate and energetic teacher who strives to bring out the best confidence in movement for each of her clients. Sessions with Tyra are challenging and fun. She contributes her overall health, strength, flexibility, and fitness results to Pilates and strength training. She gets great pleasure in guiding others to discover the benefits of fitness and enrich their lives through movement. She hopes to inspire her clients to exceed their fitness goals.
