Week 1 (Studio 2)
Basic principles and techniques practice plus physical, mental and emotional preparedness.

Week 2 (Jade)
Review week one plus additional defense techniques practice to the most common types of attacks.

Week 3 (Jade)
Review of week one and two plus offense techniques practice
(simultaneous defense and offense).
