This progressively design class will blast calories, crank up your metabolic burn and build strong, lean muscles by incorporating high-intensity cardio intervals with compound movements to tighten and tone your entire body. Program design will include functional and strength training movements using Body Weight, TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, and more.
