Focus: Signature programming for optimal athletic performance

The Parisi Total Performance Program is built on the latest research in safe athlete training and injury prevention. Using our signature speed and strength methods and advanced coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches, this program delivers maximum athletic performance improvements. Each session targets a specific area: linear speed, acceleration/deceleration, multi-directional speed, or strength. It builds on an athlete’s physical foundation, refining their skills to enhance strength, aerobic capacity, and sport-specific training. Athletes also learn injury prevention techniques through warm-ups, exercises, and conditioning.

Focus:  Build an early foundation of strength and understanding of body mechanics

The Parisi Total Performance Strength is perfect for the beginner athlete. The Basic Strength program introduces strength training concepts with an emphasis on proper form, movement patterns, bodyweight resistance training, progressive programming and injury prevention.
This program develops the foundation for an athlete’s relative strength while teaching optimal body mechanics in a safe, fun environment.
