For those who struggle with back pain, this workshop will add a therapeutic benefit to your practice. Counter what you do on a regular basis- sitting at a computer, on your phone or driving your car. Learn gentle yoga postures that will allow you to function better in daily life. No yoga experience necessary but participants should be able to get up and down from the floor with some ease, as there will be floor and standing positions.
