If you suffer from arthritis and are looking to help manage your experience, this program will explore how a regular yoga practice can help with arthritic conditions and how to get moving safely.  We will start with an educational session about arthritis, how yoga can help with symptom management and lifestyle modifications that can support your journey.  We will have a gentle whole body practice followed by a meditation session designed to support your arthritis journey.
