Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Immersion

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

JANUARY – JULY 2027

This is for you if…

…Your intention is personal growth or professional development, this inclusive and supportive training invites you to deepen your practice — on the mat, in nature, and in everyday life.

Your Training Experience:

Rooted in the traditions of Hatha Yoga, this program reaches well beyond the physical postures. Through experiential learning, you’ll explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga, functional anatomy, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, and restorative practices. Along the way, you’ll build practical tools for resilience, awareness, and balance on and off the mat.

Teaching from Wisdom and Experience:

Teacher trainees receive in-depth instruction in intelligent sequencing, purposeful theming, effective cueing, and the confidence to guide students with authenticity and skill.

For those inspired to teach, the immersion provides a clear pathway to a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certification.

Julie Hill

Julie Hill found yoga more than 20 years ago at her chiropractor’s suggestion. Repetitive sports, muscle tension, and stress had pulled her hips and shoulders out of alignment, and yoga brought balance back to her body and life. Her classes build mindful body awareness to help students move with less pain and greater resilience.

Julie is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT®), Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500® and Continuing Education Provider, advanced functional breathing coach, advanced NeuroKinetic Therapy® practitioner, and Reiki practitioner. Outside the studio, she enjoys mountain sports with her husband and kids.

Testimonials

Katie

Greenwood YTT was an incredible place to complete my teacher training. The instructors made the experience so special and personalized to the individual. I would absolutely recommend this school to anyone looking to complete their certification in Denver."

Holli

The teaching staff at Club Greenwood is fantastic. They are all highly experienced with vastly different backgrounds, making each one a unique contributing member to the entire learning experience. Not only were they professionally knowledgeable, but they cared about the process and how each one of us learned in a unique way. They were encouraging when we struggled and pushed us when we resisted. There is no way I would have finished with such a positive attitude without their nurturing enthusiasm. The entire program was top notch and I highly recommend!”

Jane

What a challenge YTT was for someone my age, but the education was invaluable. It took my personal practice to a deeper level while giving me a greater appreciation for my teachers. I highly recommend YTT if only to widen your knowledge and meet some wonderful people."
