Anthony has been teaching cardio dance-style fitness classes since 2013. He was first introduced to cardio dance through Zumba Fitness in high school and later made the decision to become licensed to teach while attending college. His classes are made up of both bodyweight toning exercises and easy-to-follow choreography, allowing members to get lost in the music. You can expect to hear a variety of music, from Latin and international rhythms to today’s hits. Come prepared to sweat and smile!
