David has worked in the fitness industry since 2000 and has helped clients prevent knee, hip, lower-back, shoulder and neck surgeries. He uses a variety of training modalities to help you live with less aches and pains, lose weight and gain strength. David has trained hundreds of clients from Navy Seals and college athletes to pre and post-rehab. He has also worked extensively with the senior population to improve balance, flexibility and functional strength. David is passionate in helping clients feel better and function better by using PNF stretching techniques to increase hip mobility, reduce back pain and optimize t-spine mobility.
