Julia fell in love with yoga during the 2020 pandemic, a time when she sought stability and harmony in her life. While her daily practice evolved, so did Julia’s wonderment with the mental and physical benefits of yoga. She not only found calm from her anxieties, but as a chronic pain sufferer from rheumatoid arthritis for over 20 years, Julia found relief for her physical ailments through yogic movement. With a burning desire to connect with others and share the precious, therapeutic experiences of yoga, Julia completed her 200 hour instructor training at Club Greenwood. A Colorado native, Julia enjoys live music and outdoor adventures with her twin sons and beloved husband.
