Julie turned to yoga 20 years ago at the advice of her chiropractor. After suffering from misaligned hips and shoulders caused by repetitive sports, muscle tension, and stress, yoga brought balance back into her body and life. Julie strongly believes that true healing comes from within. Her classes focus on creating mindfulness in the body to aide students in eliminating pain and preventing injuries. She is an IAYT certified Yoga Therapist, an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a Reiki Energy healer, certified in NeuroKinetic Therapy level 1, and a 200-hr Yoga Alliance continuing education provider. Julie leads an active life and enjoys mountain sports with her husband and kids.
