Karen Maxwell, known as KMax, traded California sunshine for Colorado sunshine nearly a decade ago after marrying a Denver native. With a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Communications from Biola University, where she also excelled on the softball field, KMax has turned her lifelong passion for movement into a purposeful career. As Club Greenwood’s Director of Experience, she brings national-level expertise from her role as Director of Education and Training for CycleBar under Xponential Fitness. She is certified in indoor cycling, Lagree, VersaClimbing, GLP-1 coaching, and holds a NASM Personal Training certification. Whether teaching cycling or Lagree, her classes are equal parts music, form, function, and pure fun. When KMax is not creating unforgettable member experiences, she can be found chasing her spunky daughter, keeping up with her Greek husband, and exploring longevity science. Her mission is to help others live longer, stronger, and more vibrantly.
