Libby has been in the health and wellness industry since 2012. She helps individuals achieve their goals by incorporating cross-training and the philosophy of yoga into all of her sessions. Libby’s goal is to help each client love their body while feeling confident and strong. In addition to being a certified personal trainer and 500-hour yoga instructor, she holds over 15 specialty certifications and is most passionate about senior fitness and plant-based nutrition.
